THE BIG RACE GIVEAWAY - Official Rules

ELIGIBILITY:
Contestants must be residents of Rapides, Grant, Avoyelles, LaSalle, Concordia, Catahoula or Vernon Parishes in Louisiana or Adams County in Mississippi, and at least 18 years of age. Employees of WNTZ-TV FOX 48 Comcorp of Alexandria (“station”), Daytona International Speedway and/or sponsors (if applicable) are not eligible to win.

TO ENTER:
No purchase necessary to enter or to win. By entering, each contestant agrees to be bound by these Rules and Conditions. To enter, register at www.fox48tv.com. Register as often as you’d like. Contest begins January 16, 2012, at 12:00 a.m. and ends on February 13, 2012, at 12:00 a.m.

SELECTION:
One entry will be randomly selected from among all website entries on or about January 13, 2012. Odds of winning depend on number of entries received. No purchase is necessary and making a purchase will not change your odds of winning in any way. Selectee will be notified via e-mail and/or phone, and will have his/her name posted to station’s social media sites and web site. Once selectee is verified as a qualified contestant, he/she will be determined to be the winner. Photo ID and Social Security number verification may be required. Winner will sign affidavits of Eligibility/Prize Acceptance and Release form(s) after notification before any prize will be awarded. Decisions made by WNTZ-TV FOX 48 management are final. All applicable taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. Prizes are non-transferable. Winners will be required to make arrangements with station to receive prize in person at the WNTZ-TV FOX 48 offices/studios at 4615 Parliament Drive, Ste. 201, in Alexandria, La. For the name of winners, send a request and a stamped, self-addressed envelope to The Big Race Giveaway; 4615 Parliament Drive, Ste. 201; Alexandria, La., 71303. Request for winners’ name must be received within 60 days after contest close. Allow three weeks for delivery of names.

2 Frontstretch tickets to the Daytona 500 NASCAR Sprints Cup Series Race on Sunday, February 26, 2012; 2 Frontstretch tickets to the Dayona 300 NASCAR Nationwide Series Race on Saturday, February 25, 2012; 2 Frontstretch tickets to the NextEra Energy Resources 250 NASCAR Camping World Truck Series Race on Friday, February 24, 2012; 2 Sprint FANZONE/Pre-Race passes for the Daytona 500 (weather & schedule permitting).

PUBLICITY:
Contestant, by entering contest, you agree to allow station to post your name on station’s social media sites and web site to announce you as the selectee. By accepting prize, as the verified winner, you agree to allow WNTZ-TV FOX 48, Comcorp of Alexandria, and sponsor (if applicable) to use your name, photograph, voice or likenesses therein in contest publicity or contest proof-of-performance publicity as station desires.

ADDITIONAL:
Sponsor (if applicable) and their affiliations and WNTZ-TV FOX 48 accept no responsibility or liability in connections with any injuries, losses or damages arising from the prizes awarded or the use thereof. WNTZ-TV FOX 48 is not responsible if event is cancelled for any reason. There should be no expectation of substitution of prizing should the event be cancelled. Sponsors reserve the right to substitute any prizes of equal or greater value in the event that prize(s) are unavailable for any reason.
