Mumford & Sons are back in business and plan to hit the road soon to complete a North American Tour. Along with new dates, the band has rescheduled its New Orleans performance for September 16, 2013.

The sold-out New Orleans show was canceled a couple weeks ago after it was learned that band member Ted Dwane had to have an emergency surgery to remove a blood clot from him brain.
Dwane has recovered from the surgery and the band is picking up show dates beginning at the end of August.

All ticket-holders for the Thursday, June 13 performance at Mardi Gras World will be honored for the rescheduled performance in September.

Mumford and Sons is a folk rock band from London, England. The band’s debut album was released in the US on February 2010. The band has received two Grammy Award nominations, one for Best New Artist and the other for Best Rock Song (“Little Lion Man”).

Including Ted Dwane, the band is completed by members Marcus Mumford, Winston Marshall, Ben Lovett.
