Texas man arrested in moonshine discovery

SMITH COUNTY, Tex (KETK-TV) The Smith County, Texas Constable found an illegal moonshine operation in the 9300 block of County Road 2301.

Officials were serving a warrant at the house this morning when they discovered a still, jars filled with corn liquor moonshine, along with materials to create moonshine.

Constables arrested Donald S. Clark, the owner of the property on which the moonshine was found, inside his home.

Authorities have told our sister station KETK-TV in Tyler, Tex., that three different homes in the Chapel Hill area were raided and two active stills were found.
