HAITI — Actor Sean Penn is lending a hand in Haiti. This comes as no surprise considering he's ambassador-at-large for the country.

The deadly 2010 earthquake in the country destroyed the National Palace building. Haiti's President formally announced the building would be demolited and then rebuilt all thanks to a non profit aid group founded by Penn.

The group will also oversee the project which is expected to take about two months.
