Some show anger toward Nicole Scherzinger's decision

Thursday night's dismissal of uber-popular 13 year-old Rachel Crow on 'THE X FACTOR' has set social media communities on fire.

One Tweeter commented, "@TheXFactorUSA is ridulous!! Rachel Crow should not have gone... She was amazing! Bad decision @NicoleScherzy."

Noted by the media as a potential finalist, Crow was eliminated from competition after receiving the fewest amount of votes from America on Wedneday night's performance episode, where each contestant sang two songs for the first time this season.

However, many online blame the decision made by judge Nicole Scherzinger which ultimately lead Crow to go home.  Unsure of her decision to pick Crow or Marcus Canty, who was in the bottom two in terms of votes for the third straight week, Scherzinger decided to vote against Crow to force a judges' deadlock.  Judge L.A. Reid voted for Canty, while both Paula Abdul and Simon Cowell voted for Crow to stay.

After the announcement of Crow's elimination based upon viewer votes by host Steve Jones, the studio went into absolute frenzy, leaving Crow shocked and landing on the floor crying, and Scherzinger inconsolable at the judges' table despite Abdul's best efforts to calm her.

After getting Crow's reaction to the news, Jones asked for Scherzinger's reaction.  She turned her back to the studio audience after receiving a flood of boos and jeers.

One Tweeter today reacted, noting a video clip for Crow's first audition, in response to Thursday's result.  "@NicoleScherzy should get rachelcrow a new bathroom."
