Have you hit a plateau in your training? Are you not getting the results you want, or are you simply bored, with your workouts? Well, do not be discouraged. There are many ways for you to shed those unwanted, stubborn pounds and fit comfortably into smaller clothes. Add variation to your workouts and mix things up in your cardio training with Spinning, CrossFit, P90x and good old-fashioned weight lifting.
Cardio is one of the most avoided, yet crucial components to your workout. You simply will not lose weight without proper cardio training. Proper, effective cardio training means getting your heart rate up and keeping it elevated for at least 45 minutes. You should incorporate some form of cardio training into your workouts a minimum of 4 times a week. CrossFit combines cardio training and weight training through a variety of exercises from running, rope climbing, jump rope, and box jumps. When you get all-in, there are CrossFit t-shirts  and daily workouts in the mix. By combining weight training with these exercises throughout, the result is a rigorous workout that will challenge even the most advanced fitness enthusiast.
Much like CrossFit, P90x combines cardio training and weight training. P90x is a home fitness program that can be done using minimal equipment such as a yoga mat, a pair of dumbbells and a chair. P90x blends resistance training, cardio, yoga, martial arts, stretching and plyometrics into your workout for a truly unpredictable, extreme experience.
These workouts are great rotations throughout the week, in place of or in between your weight-lifting days. Imagine how good you will feel after putting in all that hard work, and finally fitting comfortably into that pair of jeans that have been sitting in your closet waiting for you to wear. Or better yet, going out and buying new, smaller sizes of clothes. CrossFit actually has some pretty cool T-shirts that will flaunt your new, sexy, self-confident body.
