BATON ROUGE, LA (WGMB) — The Louisiana Association of Educators is proposing its own education reform plan for the state.
That's because they say Governor Bobby Jindal’s plan will hurt schools and students.
Organization leaders say they agree with the way the governor hopes to tackle some of the state's education issues, but when it comes to how teachers will be treated and evaluated, they say his idea of reform just doesn't make sense.
