NEW ORLEANS, La (WVLA) — Nike released the first look at the uniforms the New Orleans Saints will be wearing next season.
Nike showed off the gear earlier today, Tuesday, April 3, at a fashion show at a Brooklyn film studio. They also displayed uniform designs for 32 other teams. They were all worn by players.
NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell was at the unveiling.
The new design for the Saints is slightly sleeker and is taken from the Nike Elite 51 Uniform, which includes “Flywire” technology to reduce weight and provide a better fit for the pads.
Nike is the new NFL partner, taking over uniform gear design from Reebok.
