American Idol [1], television’s No. 1 show, begins its next nationwide search for the best undiscovered talent in the country in Los Angeles on Thursday, June 7. The search for the next singing superstar continues in San Antonio, Tex., on Thursday, June 14; Charlotte, N.C., on Tuesday, June 19; Newark, N.J., on Saturday, June 23; Chicago on Thursday, July 12; New Orleans on Tuesday, July 17; and Oklahoma City on Friday, July 20.

WHO: Men and women 15-28 years old as of June 5, 2012, who are eligible to work in the U.S. Some restrictions apply – please visit www.americanidol.com [2] for specific information.
WHEN: Thursday, June 7
WHERE: Dodger Stadium, 1000 Elysian Park Avenue, Los Angeles, Calif. 90012
HOW: Wristbands will be distributed from approximately 7:00 AM on Tuesday, June 5 until approximately 8:00 AM on Thursday, June 7. Auditioners will not be permitted to camp out. Once auditioners obtain their wristbands, they will be asked to return to Dodger Stadium by 5:00 AM on Thursday, June 7.
