LSU's Tiger Stadium to be renovated

BATON ROUGE, La (WGMB) — Tiger Stadium is getting a $9 million makeover! The Tiger Athletic Foundation putting up the money for the renovations, which are expected to be completed just in time for the next football season.

The walls outside of the stadium will be resurfaced, the gates will be replaced, and the place will be lit up with brand new lights.

If that isn't exciting enough, Tiger Stadium is also getting a place to showcase the achievements of all Tiger teams over the years. It'll be on the west side, and it will be called the SEC Champions Plaza.
